How PriceLabs charges

Per listing, on a sliding scale. PriceLabs' list price for the UK (and the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Israel) is $19.99 per listing a month, plus taxes where they apply. It says rates are "discounted from the second listing onwards", which is why 10 listings average $14.49 each. Worked back from its totals (our maths), the second to fifth listings cost $14.99 each, the sixth to fifteenth $12.99, and the sixteenth to twenty-fifth $8.99.

Or 1% of booking revenue. PriceLabs also offers a percentage plan: 1% of "the total revenue that we're seeing" from your connected booking channels or property management system. It says flat fee plans are "generally" cheaper, and you switch by emailing its support after your trial starts.

When is 1% cheaper? (our maths): for one listing, 1% of bookings matches the $19.99 flat fee at about $2,000 of bookings a month, roughly £1,500. If a listing books less than that in a typical month, the 1% plan costs less; above it, the flat fee wins. With several listings the flat fee per listing falls, so the crossover falls too.

Free trial. 30 days when you first add your listings, with no payment or card details needed. After that you add a card on the Billing page if you want to continue.

Cancelling. PriceLabs says you can pause your subscription or delete your account at any time. If you pause syncing for a listing, you aren't charged for it after the current billing period.

Dollars, not pounds

PriceLabs' region menu lists the United Kingdom with "(USD)". There's no pound price. That has three effects for a UK host:

What costs extra

How often prices update

The standard plan includes one automatic sync a day. PriceLabs' help centre says it runs overnight, UK time. If you want your channels to get new prices more often, each extra daily sync is $1 per listing a month. For a host with 3 listings who wants prices pushed three times a day, that's $49.97 + $6.00 = $55.97 a month (our maths).

Is it worth it?

For a lot of hosts, yes. It's highly rated (4.9 from 250 reviews on Capterra UK when we checked on 2 October 2026), it has a long list of controls, and it connects to Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and more than 150 property management systems. The trade-offs are the dollar billing, the time it takes to learn (G2's review summary notes some find the interface complex for beginners), and that its neighbourhood data is built from up to 350 similar listings nearby rather than a set you choose.

If those trade-offs bother you, see our PriceLabs alternatives, or compare it head to head with Beyond or Wheelhouse.

Questions hosts ask

How much does PriceLabs cost in the UK?

PriceLabs charges UK hosts $19.99 a month for one listing, plus taxes where they apply. It gets cheaper per listing as you add more: $49.97 a month for 3 listings, $144.90 for 10 and $299.75 for 25 (prices checked 9 October 2026). At the 8 October 2026 exchange rate, one listing is about £15.14 a month before taxes.

Does PriceLabs charge in pounds?

No. PriceLabs lists the United Kingdom in US dollars, so your cost in pounds moves with the exchange rate, and your bank may add a non-sterling transaction fee.

Does PriceLabs have a free trial?

Yes, 30 days when you first add your listings, and no card is needed to start.

Is the PriceLabs 1% plan cheaper?

Only if your bookings are low. For one listing, 1% of bookings matches the $19.99 flat fee at about $2,000 of bookings a month (our maths). PriceLabs itself says flat fee plans are generally cheaper. You switch to the 1% plan by emailing its support after your trial starts.

What does PriceLabs charge extra for?

Extra daily syncs ($1 per listing a month each), API use ($1 per listing a month), Real-Time Sync ($2 per unit a month, for webhook-enabled systems), Market Dashboards (from $9.99 a month), Listing Optimizer ($12.99 for one listing) and Revenue Estimator Pro (from $10 a month). All in US dollars, plus taxes.

Can I cancel PriceLabs at any time?

Yes. PriceLabs says you can pause your subscription or delete your account at any time, and paused listings aren’t charged after the current billing period.

Where PeakRate fits

If you're weighing up what PriceLabs costs, here is the alternative we built, priced in pounds.

We run holiday lets in the North West and used PriceLabs on our own lodges. What we wanted was simple: to see our price against the specific listings our guests actually compare us with, night by night, and know what to change. So we built PeakRate to do that.
